Official rules

MyZipCrate is a free rewards program. No purchase is needed to take part, and nothing you pay can change your points. There is no chance element: every reward is earned by activity.

1. Who can play: people 18 or older in the United States, one account per person.
2. Earning: points come only from the activities listed on the How to play page. Points are not earned by buying anything.
3. A valid entry is one completed 30-second view of a sponsor by a signed-in member, one per sponsor per week.
4. Zip standings: ranked by completed entries divided by active players in the zip. Ties go to the zip with more active players, then the lower zip number. Minimum 5 active players.
5. Weeks run Monday 12:00 a.m. to Sunday 11:59 p.m. Eastern.
6. Expiration: points expire after 120 days with no completed entries. Any completed entry resets the clock.
7. Rewards: items shown in the shop for the listed points. Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or transferred. We may substitute an item of equal or greater value. Shipping and handling is a flat $10.00 per order. We aim to ship about 14 to 21 days after shipping is paid, and we will tell you if an order is delayed.
8. Surprise crates cost the same points for everyone. We choose the items from the categories you pick.
9. Fair play: fake accounts, automation, or tampering with the timer can lead to loss of points and removal.
10. We may change the shop, point prices, and these rules. We will not take points you have already earned without notice.
